Sustainable Vocations -- North Carolina -- 2010 Calendar

Sustainable Vocations North Carolina is offering a number of ways for folks to participate in 2010 summer trainings.

Immersion: You can sign up for 2 full weeks of training; camping and meals include. Cost (on sliding scale) is $2,000 - $1,000.

Training Modules: You can pay per training module.  Programs run from 9am-10:30pm each day.  See titles and costs below. Cost includes meals, evening programs and optional camping. 

• Intro to Sustainable Vocations: Permaculture and Green Economies | Aug. 1-3 | donation
• Open House Dinner | Aug. 3rd | 6-9pm | suggested donation
• Justice: Racial, Social, Environmental & Food | Aug. 4-5 | $295 sliding scale
• Sustainable Local Food Systems | Aug. 6-8 | $345 sliding scale
• Community & Cooperative Enterprises & Entrepreneurship | Aug. 9-10 | $330 sliding scale
• Built Environment: Green Building, Manufacturing & Renewable Energy | Aug. 11-12 | $330 sliding scale
• Onsite Design/Build Service Project & Celebration | Aug. 12-14 | suggested donation

Pay Per Day: You can pick and choose the day or days you want to attend and pay $75-$150 per day (sliding scale).  Programs run from 9am-6:30pm each day.

Dinner & Evening Programs: Join us any evening for local, healthy & delicious meals and stick around for the evening Art of Sustainable LIving program. Think theater performance, spoken word, movies, music and dance, with local artists.  Suggested donation $25.
